Booking Policy

  • A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  • An advance payment of 50% of the total trip cost is required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 20 days before the trip start date.
  • For bookings made within 20 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Failure to make the balance payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the advance amount.

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed before the commencement of the trip.
  • Prices are subject to change in case of any increase in taxes, government levies, fuel surcharges, entrance fees, or supplier charges before final payment.
  • Any additional services requested after booking confirmation will be charged separately.
  • Any itinerary modifications requested by the traveller after confirmation may incur additional charges based on actual costs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. The booking amount remains non-refundable in all circumstances. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date on which the written cancellation request is received.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15-30 working days after receiving all supplier settlements. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or third-party cancellation fees, if any.

No Refund Will Be Provided For

  • No-shows.
  • Early departure from the trip.
  • Unused hotel nights.
  • Unused meals.

  • Missed activities or sightseeing.
  • Unforeseen circumstances covered under Force Majeure.

Force Majeure

2 Solo Souls shall not be held responsible for delays, modifications, interruptions, or cancellation of travel services arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, landslides, earthquakes, or extreme weather.
  • Pandemics or epidemics.
  • Government restrictions or advisories.
  • Political unrest, strikes, riots, or civil disturbances.
  • Flight cancellations or transport disruptions.
  • Closure of tourist attractions or destinations.

In such situations, any refunds will be subject to the refund policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, activity operators, and other third-party suppliers. Any unrecoverable costs already incurred will be deducted.

Service Policies

Consultation fees, visa assistance fees, itinerary design fees, and travel planning charges are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, irrespective of whether the traveller proceeds with the trip.

Shipping Policy

Digital services are generally delivered within 1-7 business days, depending on the nature of the service and receipt of all required information from the customer. In case of any delay, customers will be informed through their registered email or contact number.
