Overview
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date on which the written cancellation request is received.
The booking amount remains non-refundable in all circumstances. Any approved refund will be subject to supplier policies, applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, and third-party cancellation fees, if any.
Returns
2 Solo Souls provides digital travel services and does not ship physical products. Therefore, physical product returns, return pickup, exchange, and return shipping procedures do not apply.
For digital services, refund eligibility is governed by the cancellation period, supplier policies, booking charges, payment gateway charges, taxes, and any third-party cancellation fees.
Refund Duration & Eligibility
The following cancellation charges shall apply before the scheduled departure date.

Refund Processing Duration & Mode
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15-30 working days after receiving all supplier settlements.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after refund processing, after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or third-party cancellation fees, if any.
Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided for the following:
- No-shows.
- Early departure from the trip.
- Unused hotel nights.
- Unused meals.
- Missed transfers.
- Missed activities or sightseeing.
- Unforeseen circumstances covered under Force Majeure.
Service Fees
Consultation fees, visa assistance fees, itinerary design fees, and travel planning charges are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, irrespective of whether the traveller proceeds with the trip.
Force Majeure
2 Solo Souls shall not be held responsible for delays, modifications, interruptions, or cancellation of travel services arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, strikes, transport disruptions, or destination closures.
In such situations, any refunds will be subject to the refund policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, activity operators, and other third-party suppliers. Any unrecoverable costs already incurred will be deducted.
