Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. The date and time on which the written request is received by 2 Solo Souls will be used to calculate the cancellation charges.

The booking amount remains non-refundable in all circumstances.

Cancellation Duration & Charges

The following cancellation charges shall apply based on the number of days before the trip departure date.

Booking & Payment Cancellation Rules

  • A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  • An advance payment of 50% of the total trip cost is required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 20 days before the trip start date.
  • For bookings made within 20 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Failure to make the balance payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the advance amount.

No-Refund Cases

No refund will be provided for no-shows, early departure from the trip, unused hotel nights, unused meals, missed transfers, missed activities, missed sightseeing, or unforeseen circumstances covered under Force Majeure.

Force Majeure

2 Solo Souls shall not be held responsible for delays, modifications, interruptions, or cancellation of travel services arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, landslides, earthquakes, or extreme weather.
  • Pandemics or epidemics.
  • Government restrictions or advisories.
  • Political unrest, strikes, riots, or civil disturbances.
  • Flight cancellations or transport disruptions.
  • Closure of tourist attractions or destinations.

In such situations, any refunds will be subject to the refund policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, activity operators, and other third-party suppliers. Any unrecoverable costs already incurred will be deducted.

Important: Additional services requested after booking confirmation or itinerary modifications requested by the traveller may incur additional charges based on actual costs.
